Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any products that have not been printed on or customised, you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the date your product is delivered to you, for a refund or credit. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

All orders will receive a PDF proof of your artwork for your approval. This must be approved via a written email before your order continues, please make sure you check all content is correct and notify us as soon as possible of any changes. Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been approved and printed or customised specifically for you. Any printing or customisation errors on our part will be refunded or replaced.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
