These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on printedawards.co.uk trading as part of Final Creations Limited, a company registered in England under company number 06937844 whose registered office is at Unit 6 Heritage Business Centre, Derby Road, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1SW.

The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

All product images, sizes, descriptions, and specifications on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Product samples are available at a cost.

Payment and Pricing

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro as well as Bank Transfer (details provided on invoice). On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address, contact name and telephone number. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your payment has been properly received. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any products that have not been printed on or customised, you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the date your product is delivered to you, for a refund or credit. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

All orders will receive a PDF proof of your artwork for your approval. This must be approved via a written email before your order continues, please make sure you check all content is correct and notify us as soon as possible of any changes. Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been approved and printed or customised specifically for you. Any printing or customisation errors on our part will be refunded or replaced.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
